When you install Bulk Price Master, Shopify presents the one-time $35 charge inside your Shopify admin for approval. Once you approve it, the app unlocks for life on that store. There is no recurring billing.
Will I be charged monthly?
No. The $35 is paid once. There is no recurring billing.
What if I don't want to keep the app?
Uninstall the app any time. Be sure to End & revert any active campaigns first, so the original prices are restored before the app is removed.
How is the payment processed?
Through Shopify's built-in billing. You approve the charge inside your Shopify admin; we do not see or store your payment details.
Is the app free on a development store?
Yes. Shopify automatically uses test charges on development and partner stores, so you can install and demo the app at no cost.
What's the refund policy?
Once the one-time payment is approved, charges are processed by Shopify and follow Shopify's billing terms. Contact us for any refund question.
