This walkthrough covers the basics: install the app, run a price campaign, schedule a sale, and revert. Total time: about five minutes.
Install Bulk Price Master from the Shopify App Store. On install, Shopify presents the one-time $35 charge inside your admin for approval. Once you approve it, the app unlocks for life on that store.
Open the app and click Create campaign. Give it a name like "Summer sale -10%". Pick what to apply it to: all products, a specific collection, or hand-picked products.
Set direction (decrease or increase), type (percentage or fixed amount), and the value — for example, decrease, percentage, 10.
Turn on Show as a sale to display the original price as a strikethrough next to the new lower price. This uses Shopify's compare-at price field, so every theme renders it correctly.
Optionally pick a rounding rule (for example, charm-pricing .99) and a minimum price floor so the app never sets a price below your floor.
Click Preview changes to see old → new prices in a table. When you're happy, click Start campaign now — the new prices apply to your store immediately.
In the campaign's Discount tag section, turn it on, pick a background and text colour, and optionally type custom text such as {{discount}} OFF (which becomes, for example, 20% OFF).
One-time theme setup: open your theme editor, scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar, click the App embeds icon (next to the gear), and turn on Bulk Price Master tag. Save.
When the sale is over, go to the dashboard and click End & revert on the campaign. Every affected product's original price and compare-at price are restored exactly.
Set a Start date and an End date on the campaign. The campaign saves as Scheduled and the App applies it on the start date and reverts it on the end date — no manual action needed.
Always click End & revert on any active campaign before uninstalling the app. An uninstalled app cannot restore prices automatically.
