This Privacy Policy describes how Soarware Labs ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Bulk Price Master app (the "App") on your Shopify store.

1. What we access

When you install Bulk Price Master, Shopify grants the App access to your store's product catalog so it can read and update prices. Specifically:

• Read products, variants, prices, and compare-at prices.
• Update product variant prices and compare-at prices.
• Read the shop's plan information (used to detect development stores so we can use test charges instead of real ones).

The App requests only the write_products scope and uses standard Shopify Admin APIs.

2. What we store

We store only what is needed to operate the App:

• Your shop domain and the OAuth access token Shopify issues to the App.
• Campaigns you create: name, target, adjustment settings, rounding, price floor, schedule, and discount-tag settings.
• A snapshot of each variant's original price and compare-at price before a campaign is applied — used solely so the App can revert later.
• Webhook events for app/uninstalled, app/scopes_update, and the mandatory GDPR webhooks customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.

We do not store any customer personal data. The App never reads customer information, orders, or contact details from your store.

3. Where we store it

All App data is stored on our managed server infrastructure. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS in transit.

4. Who can access your data

Only authorised personnel at Soarware Labs can access the App's database for support and maintenance. We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.

5. Data retention and deletion

• When you uninstall the App, we delete your shop's session data immediately.
• On receipt of Shopify's shop/redact webhook (sent 48 hours after uninstall), we delete all remaining data for your shop (campaigns and price snapshots).
• Because the App stores no customer data, the customers/data_request and customers/redact webhooks acknowledge with no data to return or delete.

6. Third parties

Shopify — all reads and writes to your store go through the Shopify Admin API; their terms and privacy policy apply.

7. Cookies / tracking

The App is an embedded Shopify admin app. It does not place tracking cookies on your storefront or collect analytics from your shoppers.

8. Your rights

• You can export your campaign data at any time by contacting us.
• You can delete your data by uninstalling the App (followed by the automatic shop/redact deletion).

9. Changes

We may update this Policy as the App evolves. The latest version is always available at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top.
